Today (May 10) is <br />the 120`" day since filing of the application, but due to the number <br />and complexity of the issues raised in the review, and due to the <br />fact that we have not yet received your cost estimate projections, <br />we are not prepared to issue a proposed decision. <br />For the reasons discussed above, the Division is extending the <br />proposed decision deadline, pursuant to Rule 2.07.4(2)(b), to July <br />9, 1996. <br />Please contact me if you have any concerns or questions regarding <br />this extension. <br />Sincere <br />~~ <br />Dan T.
