<br />The Hayden Gulch Loatlout is a coal loatlouf facility
<br />only located in Routt County, approximately 2 miles
<br />southeast of Hayden, COloratlo. The surface affectetl
<br />is Private land. Thepermitareaencompassesapprox-
<br />imately 1]6.60 acres.
<br />This proposetl decision is based on a liriding that the
<br />proposetl operation will wmply with all requirements of
<br />the Cobrado Surface Coal Mining Reclamahon Act,
<br />Section 34?33?101, et seq., C.R.S., antl the regula-
<br />tions promulgatetl thereuntler.
