Breaking of Reservoir Seal - We anticipate that a <br />few locations is two on the upstream and two on the <br />downstream sides of each lake, for a combined total <br />of eight locations where the seal breaking will <br />occur. The length of the break will be +/- 100 <br />feet, this should allow the alluvial/lake waters to <br />equalize. <br />2. One Foot of Topsoil - In addition to the 1 foot of <br />topsoil, we would be agreeable to leave 1 foot of <br />the gravel shell material. This would provide 2 <br />feet of root growth medium. <br />Reclamation Performance Standards <br />Forage Sorghum - As requested, we are agreeable to your <br />recommendation on the seeding of the topsoil stockpiles. <br />Western Wheatgrass 4 lbs. <br />Smooth Brome 3 lbs. <br />Cicer Milkvetch 1 lb. <br />Hybred wheat 5 lbs. <br />Total <br />13 lbs.
