Approval of this technical revision would provide for a <br />new reference area to be used in future comparative vegetation sampling for reclamation success <br />determination. <br />Sun Coal has made every effort to provide complete and detailed information regarding this <br />application in accordance with regulatory requirements. We hope it will facilitate review of the <br />application by your staff. <br />Sun Coal believes approval of this technical revision would be in the best interest of both the <br />Division and Sun Coal. The applicafion succinctly documents the inappropriateness of the <br />currently approved reference area and the appropriateness of the proposed reference area. <br />Thank you for your attention to this matter.
