The bond release application was <br />found complete by this Division on November 9, 2000. The release request is for a Phase I bond <br />release for backtilling and grading at the Ken- loadout, south of Walden. They have requested a Phase <br />II bond release for revegetation and sediment demonstrations at the 720 pit Area and Pit 1.The surface <br />ownership is Federal, state and private, and the coal mined was Federal, state and private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon <br />as it has been scheduled.
