Please be advised that on May 17, 1996, Morgan County, whose address and
telephone number are 213 Ensign, Fort Morgan, CO 80701; [phone], filed
an amendment application to Permit No. M-79-210, the Foiles Pit, which is
located at or near Section 4, Township 5N, Range 56W, 6th Prime Meridian, in
Morgan County. The application decision is scheduled for June i7, 1996.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Morgan County Clerk &
Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology,
Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
