Wadsworth Blvd. Suite 300, Lakewood, <br />CO 80235; (303) 989-0300, filed an application to amend the Dahlia North <br />Resources Pit, that was previously approved on March 28, 1995, but has not <br />been permitted to date. This site is located at or near Sections 19 and 20, <br />Township 2S, Range 67W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Adams County. The application <br />decision is scheduled for February 13, 1996. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Adams County Clerk & <br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
