(BMRI) has developed the attached downgradient water management
plan. This water management plan focuses upon [he protection of groundwater resources
downgradient of monitoring wells M-11 R and M-31 and proposes regulatory cpmpliance
conditions associated with the implementation of the management plan as required in
your correspondence. Since the hydrologic and geochemical processes presented in this
plan are part of a continuous system and is necessarily linked to [he water management
plan presented in TR-26, BMRI recommends that the attached plan be incorporated as
part of the TR-26 filings, decision, and record.
Following review of the attached downgradient water management plan, should you or
members of your staff have conunents, questions, or necessary clazifications,
representatives from BMR[ and its consultants would welcome the opportunity to meet
and discuss these items.
~~Si~nc~erely
"B'ni
Director~Env.
