If Colowyo were blasting only 5-6 times per year, than monitoring twice a year <br />would be probably be okay. <br />Please ask Colowyo to propose a frequency (probably more like 250 - 275 times a year or so) that would provide for a <br />statistically representative number of samples. Cotowyo should additionally provide a statistical basis for this proposed <br />frequency.
