We have reviewed this document and concur with the report's findings that Trapper <br />Mining Inc. has complied with and met all phase II reclamation obligations under this permit's <br />requirements. <br />The proposed Phase II bond release for this area will not conflict with federal lease terms and, <br />therefore, the Bureau of Land Management has no objection to the Phase II bond release for <br />these areas.
