Catlany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Rewu¢e Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology will hold an inspection and informal conference regarding a <br />request for a Phase I bond release at the former NW-1 vent shaft at the Golden Eagle mine, operated by <br />Basin Resources, Inc, Permit No. C-1981-013. The inspection will be held at the vent site location 25 miles <br />west of Trinidad on Highway 12 at 10:00 am, Thursday, May 12, 2005. The conference will be held <br />following the inspection at 1:00 pm at the law offices of Jim Tatum, 129 N. Commercial Street, Trinidad, <br />CO 81082. <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
