Catlany <br />Acting Division Direttor <br />On September 24, 2003, DMG received and approved your request for extension of the <br />decision date for Amendment 1 (AM-01). The correspondence from Canyon Sand & Gravel, <br />dated September 24, 2003, states that the purpose of the extension is to provide time to <br />comply with Division of Water Resources requirements. <br />Pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 1.4.1(9), at the request of the Applicant, the review <br />time may be extended and the decision date reset, not to exceed 365 days from the date the <br />application was filed.
