Banta, <br />Drvieion Director <br />Pursuant to Rules 2.07.4(2)(c) and 2.08.5(3)(b) of the regulations of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, you are hereby notified <br />that the proposed decision new a valid, existing coal mining and reclamation <br />permit was issued December 3, 1991 for the Hayden Gulch Mine. <br />The loadout is located approximately 2 miles south and the mine site 11 miles <br />south of Hayden, Colorado on County Road No. 53. <br />The area is more specifically described as follows: <br />Mine Area: <br />Sections 30 and 31, TSN, R88W of the 6th P.M. <br />Loadout: <br />The E1/2 Section 10, W1/2 Section 14, El/2 Section 15, NEl/4 Section <br />22, NW1/4 Section 23, T6N, R88W of the 6th P.M. all in Routt County. <br />The U.S.G.S. 7.5 minute quadranle maps of Hayden Gulch and Hayden, <br />Colorado show the described areas. <br />There are no changes being made at this time to current mining and reclamation <br />plans. All previously disturbed areas have been reclaimed. No new mining or <br />loadout activities are proposed at this time. <br />
