Equipment removal was started on January 5, 1995. <br />Eastside Coal Company is requesting permission to dispose of approximately <br />2,000 yards of waste material stockpiled on the surface. This waste material <br />consists of a mixture of rock and coal. The rock is from development work in <br />the rock and rock spars located in the coal seam. <br />The following procedure will be used to dispose of the waste underground. <br />1.
