Long <br />Division Dveuor <br />Re: Foidel Creek Mine (Permit No. C-82-056) <br />Proposed Decision - Prep Plant Construction <br />Dear Mr. Mills <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology proposes to approve your <br />technical revision application for the Foidel Creek Mine (File No. C-82-056). <br />Notice of the proposed decision will be published as soon as possible. The <br />publication will initiate the ten (10) day public comment period for the <br />Division's decision. <br />If applicable, Twentymile Coal Company should amend their bond to reflect a <br />change in the amount of $170,900.00 prior to the end of the public comment <br />period. This should be submitted as a rider to the original bond.
