The technical revision address <br />concerns expressed by DMG regrading the control of runoff from the area south of the railroad <br />[racks in the East Loadout. Included with the transmittal are the following: <br />• Application for Technical Revision <br />• Public Notice <br />• Summary of Revisions and Additions <br />• Revised Permit Text <br />• Revised permit Maps <br />EFCI is proposing to divert the runoff from the south side of the railroad tracks under the <br />tracks to Pond Ll. Pond Ll calculations were revised to verify that Pond LI has adequate <br />capacity to contain the additional runoff.
