The one pound per hole of explosives will not generate enough energy <br />to adversely affect any ofthe nearby structures. <br />The operator needs to be aware that, if there any changes in the blasting plan, he must revise the <br />permit. <br />If you need anything else let me know. <br />cc: James Stevens <br />
