I encourage you to <br />contact the Protestants to try and resolve these matters prior to the <br />scheduled meeting of the (dined Land Reclamation Board. If these issues cannot <br />be resolved, the protests and your response to these protests (if any) will be <br />presented to the Board for their consideration when your application is heard. <br />I appreciate the time taken by you and h1r. Brubaker to meet with me last week <br />to discuss the adequacy concerns on this file. By Mr. Altman's request, it <br />appears that a continuance to the October Board meeting may be necessary to <br />resolve the remaining issues.
