Ma tth i es The Division has compl eted its initial review of this apDl ication and has "identified the following issues which need to be adaressed. - As requested by the Division, the legal Rights-of-Way of County Road 335 have been shown on Fi gore 4.2-3, and are discussed on revised page 4-11 , Exhibit 4.2-1, which is to consist of documentation of the Ri ghts-of-Way from Garfield County, has not yet been submitted. - The Surface Qvnership Map (Figure 2.1-1 has been updated as requested, however adjacent owners "Jill Williams" and "Williams Trust" are not listd in the Cmtiglous Ownership section (2.2.7) of the application , In Section 32, a parcel of land on the north side of the river is labeled "VARIES", and an explanation or corresponding listing in Section 2.2.7 of the aDDlication is needed. The following maps should be resubmitted showing the revised permit boundary: 3.1-2, Existing Land Use 3.1-3, Previous Mines 3.3-2, BearoCc Geology 3.3-4, Structure Contour Map, Wheel er Fooisvall 3,3-5, Ground and Surface Water Ri ghts 3,3-6, Basel ine Ground and Surface Monitoring 3.5-1, Soils Map 3,6-1, Vegetation Map 4.3-3, Yent and Escapeway Locations 5.1-1, Reconnaisance AYF Map 5,2-1, Detailed AVF Map 5.2-4, Flood Irritpted/Subirri~ted Land All other required maps were resubmitted with TR-7, III IIIIIIIIIIIII III STATE, OF COLORADO
