I calculated an estimate of reclamation costs for the disturbance <br />associated with MR -216. The revised total liability should be $9,323,975.00, an increase of $89,785.00. <br />Replacement pages for the cost estimate aze attached, as is a copy for the operator. Following aze my <br />comments for the operator. <br />Please revise the permit application narrative to indicate that the MSE wall at the Shaft #3 wall <br />will be permanent. <br />The narrative indicates the wall will be on <br />supplemental drawings shows the MSE wall on <br />discrepancy. <br />the east side of the pad, but Figure 4 of the <br />~;7e southwest side. Please clarify this appazent <br />3. The designs for ditches DSLY-10 through DSLY-14 are based on a vegetated channel. <br />Immediately following conswction, the ditches will not have adequate vegetation to control <br />channel erosion.
