Vegetation transacts will be
employed within four (4) years of the date of this letter.
Bear Coal also plans within the next two (2) weeks to file a formal
request for bond release which will include notification of property
owners and appropriate government agencies and publication of said
notice in the local newspaper.
Cost estimates for removal of the newly constructed truck loading
facility at Bear No. 3 will be included in bonding estimates.
Bear Coal Company looks forward to final approval of the Mid-Term
Review Technical Revision and believes the process has been beneficial
in both organizing the Bear Coal permit and clearing up
responsibilities regarding Bear No. 1 and Bear No. 2.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
Sincerely,
BEAR COAL COMPANY
Craig Springer
