Long <br />D rvision D~reclor <br />Permit No. M-81-088, Revision No. <br />Dear Mr. Hickman: <br />On April 19, 1995 the Division of Minerals and Geology conditionally approved <br />the amendment application submitted to the Division on April 20, 1994, <br />addressing the increase in permit acreage and the elimination of the phased <br />mining and reclamation plans. The terms of the AM No. 001 approved by the <br />Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-81-088. <br />The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that all <br />other provisions of Permit No. M-81-088 remain in full force and effect. <br />Stipulation No. Ol <br />WESTERN MOBILE NORTHERN, INC. MUST SUBMIT A REPLACEMENT BOND IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $187,000.00, OR A RIDER TO THE EXISTING BOND TO BRING THE <br />TOTAL AMOUNT HELD TO $187,000.00.
