On January 26, 2000, the Mined Land Reclamation Board continued its consideration of a possible violation at the
San Acacio Pit for failure to protect areas outside the affected land Crom damage during the mining operation and
reclamation until the Board's meeting on February 23-24, 2000.
The February 23-24, 2000 meeting of the Board will again be held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman St., Denver,
Colorado. The Formal Public Hearing on the possible violation at the San Acacio Pit will begin at 9:00 a.m. or as
soon thereafter as the matter can be considered and you will have the opportunity to be represented and heard.
