The
revision was called complete on Febmary 16, 2007. The decision due date is February 26, 2007.
The operator proposes the following: 1) install an exhaust fan on the previously disturbed Shaft 3 site in
Sylvester Gulch, 2) withdraw the plan to install a vent shafr at the Refuse Pile Expansion site (previously
approved in TR-105), remove reclamation tasks from the bond estimate for the Lone Pine Gulch vent fan
and substation which previously received Phase I bond release, and add to the bond estimate the cost of
tripping drill pipe into holes and the use of a second drilling rig for plugging holes. ^
This revision is available for review at the Gunnison County Planning Department, 201 E. Virginia,
Gunnison, CO 81230.
If you have any questions, please contact me-
Sincerely,
%~1~~
Tom Kaldenbach
Environmental Protection Specialist
TAK/Jrc
GCIAI_C1980007_TAK_02162007032223
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines
