A copy <br />of the estimate is enclosed. Aside from updating to 1998 costs, no changes have been made to the <br />estimate. If you do not have any comments or objections on the estimate, the required performance <br />bond, effective upon issuance of the renewed Sanborn Creek Mine permit, will be $2,517,081.00. <br />Prior to the Division's proposed decision on the renewal, you will need to submit an updated estimate, <br />either a copy of the Division's estimate or your own, to replace the current estimate in the Sanborn <br />Creek Mine permit application. <br />I will be out of the office on extended leave from June 1, 1998 through October 1, 1998, so I would <br />like to have this estimate finalized prior to my leaving, if at all possible.
