<br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on January 31, 2003, a minor revision application (MR~'n <br />to the Southfield Mine, Permit No. C-1981-014, operated by Energy Fuels Coal, Inc., P.O. Box 459, <br />Florence, CO 81226 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The Southfield Mine has <br />requested a revision to add two light use roads to their permit boundary and reclamation plan. The <br />roads are to access the Corley Mine Well and MW-65. This revision adds 5.3 acres to the disturbed <br />and permit area.
