M., <br />Routt County, Colorado <br />MAD: Permit maps 7 and 8 il]ustrate the permit and facilities area requested for Phase <br />III bond release. <br />Dates of Reclamation Work: Backfilling, grading, and structure removal were <br />undertaken between May and November 1983 and completed in the spring of 1984, <br />coincident with final reclamation at the pit area. The crusher, conveyor, and loadout <br />structures were sold and removed in November and December 1991. Subsequent work <br />on site has been maintenance work related to sediment wntrol, and maintenance of <br />structures at the facilities area. The haul road connecting the facilities area and the pit <br />area was modified per CDMG and landowner direction and was subsequently finally <br />released firm reclamation obligation and bond in January 1989.
