Public Notice <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article '33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice [hat on May 16, 2006, a minor revision application (MR-334) <br />to the West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-1980-007, operated by Mountain Coal Company, LLC, P.O. <br />Box 591, Somerset, CO 81434 was considered complete for the purposes of Filing. The operator <br />proposes to add to the permit the annual plan for drilling methane drainage wells in longwall panels <br />16 through 24.
