The revision was <br />called complete on December 28, 2004. The decision due date is January 7, 2005. <br />In Minor Revision No. 49, Bowie Resources, LLC is proposing to incorporate a new construction (air <br />emissions) permit into the Bowie No. 2 Mine permit application.
