Drawing 11-3 was revised to illustrate the gate valve and
the fact that the valve is normally closed to provide for
the full water level.
2. Drawing 11-3 was revised to show the slope of the primary
spillway and the slopes of the pond embankment.
3. - 4. New pages 11-12 and 11-13 are provided to discuss
sediment pond operations. Sediment pond dewatering and
sediment removal from the pond are discussed and
explained.
