Colorado 80203 <br />Re: Permit Renewal Application <br />Keenesburg Mine (C-81-028) <br />Dear Mr. Walker: <br />In a telephone conversation last week, you and I discussed a number of changes to format <br />and organization of the Renewal Application which stemmed from your faxed <br />correspondence to me dated 6/6/97. Most of these changes were "clean-up" issues, but in <br />a couple of cases you needed missing pages, etc. <br />Enclosed are three (3) sets ofreplacement/added pages which should accomplish the <br />objectives we discussed at that time. Hopefully my understanding of our conversation was <br />sul£cient that these pages will address the concerns. Please note that I have included the <br />new Table of Contents we discussed and changed most of the Appendix indices so that <br />they will correlate to each other. Pages 31,32 and the CDPHE letter (no date) were <br />included as replacements for missing pages in the Division's copies. <br />If, after you have the opportunity to review this information, there is a need to discuss any <br />of these changes, please do not hesitate to contact me (277-3455). <br />Sincere) <br />onald W.
