It is our understanding that you will be submitting an adequate financial warranty in the amount of <br />$30,000 on or before October 10, 2005 to resolve all current bonding concerns. If a properly executed bond of $30,000 is <br />received by October 10, 2005, the Division will also be able to approve your request to increase the maximum allowable <br />disturbance to 4S acres.
