MANAGEMENT <br />Enclosed is an application for a technical revision to increase the permitted throughput <br />at the unit train loadout. The main issue with regard to maximum throughput at the <br />loadout are the air permits. BRL has submitted an application to the APCD to modify <br />its air permits to allow for the increased throughput. <br />The following information is inclosed: <br />Page/Ref.
