The text has been modified to <br />reflect this request by removing all references to the Northern Mining District. Also, Map 23, <br />Mine Plan, has been modified by only showing the mining of panels 2 Right through 6 Right in <br />the EMD and the Northeast Submains. It is noted that mining of the North Mains vas approved <br />under prior permitting actions. <br />In addition to the text and map changes it is necessary to remove the following tables and <br />Exhibits from the application. It would be appreciated if you would return these removed <br />materials tome. Please remove Table 72B and Exhibits 7e-2, 7e-3 and 7j. <br />The OSM reserve calculations and mine plan area are updated to show the removal of the <br />Northern Mining District from PR 97-04.
