The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, hereby issues notice that on January 9, 2006, a minor revision application (MR-25) to the Yoast <br />Mine, Pennit No. C-1994-082, operated by Seneca Coal Company, 36600 Routt County Road 27, <br />Hayden, CO 81639 was considered complete for the purposes of filing.
