<br />Technical Revision No. 36, Bowie
<br />Resources LLC is proposing to atld
<br />e geotechniral report into the permit
<br />applimtion. The geotechnical report
<br />is a geotechnical stability analysis
<br />br the mat waste pNe no. 2. This

<br />The Bowie No. 2 Mine is en untler-
<br />ground wal mine locatetl in Delta
<br />County, approximately 5 miles north-
<br />east of Paonia, Colorado. Coalinter-
<br />ast is Federal antl private, antl the
<br />sonata aHecMed is Fetleral antl private
<br />land. The permit area encompasses
<br />approximatey 5,124.60 acres.'
<br />This proposetl decision is basetl on
<br />a finding that the proposed operation
<br />will comply with all requirements of
<br />the Coloatlo Sunare Coal Mining
<br />Reclamation Act, SeMion 34-3&101,
<br />et seq., C.R.S., arW the regulations
<br />promulgatetl thereunder.
