As indicated on the <br />APD, subsidence well will be drilled on existing drill pad 2M-TDR, TDR <br />cables for measuring subsidence installed, and open hole cemented to surface. <br />The BLM did not require plugging and abandonment bonding because open <br />hole will be cemented to surface similaz to Natural Soda's final well <br />abandonment plan. The project's current bonding for 72 acres covers surface <br />disturbance associated with this action. <br />Also enclosed please find August 15, 2003 cover etter to Mr. Cazl Mount, <br />with Technical Revision #22 request for drilling above well 3M-TDR and <br />plugging and abandonment plan for injection well 93-4H.
