Mergens: <br />On November l7, 1999, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Transfer of Permit and Succession of <br />Operator application submitted to the Division on October 5, 1999, addressing the following: <br />Transfer of Pemvt No. M-92-069, 83rd Joint Venture, from Bestway Paving Company to CAMAS Colorado, <br />Inc. <br />On your application form you initialed Option A, which specifies that the Division would recalculate the required bond <br />prior to approval of the transfer. The estimated Lability of the reclamation bond has been calculated to be $86,800.00. <br />Please: submit a financial warranty in the amount of $86,800.00 within 60 days.
