This <br />minor revision updates the ownership and control information <br />related to Seneca Coal Company, due to miscellaneous changes to the <br />• OSM-AVS regarding Officers and Directors for P&L Coal Holdings <br />Corporation and ita operating companies. <br />Per the attached letters, additional changes have been made to <br />several of the companies within the SCC - P&L Organizational Family <br />Tree. These revisions are included in this submittal. <br />Enclosed are the insertion instructions into the PAP, responses to <br />each adequacy concern and the revised materials.
