MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), enclosed is an application for a minor <br />revision to provide for the installation of seven additional gob vent holes. The new gob <br />vent holes are located in Freeman Gulch. Five of the seven holes require access <br />roads. <br />Right of Entry <br />Six of drill sites are located on BRL surface. One of the holes GVB-7A and a short <br />section of its access road are located on land managed by the Bureau of Land <br />Management. <br />Affected and Disturbed Area <br />The new drill sites and roads will disturb approximately 4.5 acres. The disturbance is <br />within the affected area boundary. <br />Cultural Resources <br />See Volume VI, Cultural Resources, item 11. <br />Access <br />Access to the gob vent holes will be up Hubbard Creek then to Freeman Gulch Road. <br />Soils <br />No detailed soil survey will be performed in the area to be disturbed. To the extent <br />possible, depending on the slope of the ground surface, topsoil will be salvaged. <br />
