(C-81-019) <br />Application For Phase I Bond Release on 1987-1995 Reclaimed Areas <br />Followup to CDMG Correspondence to Bureau of Land Management, May 11, 1998. <br />Dear Mr. Walker: <br />Colowyo is in receipt of a copy of the Division's May 11, 1998 correspondence to Mr. Rob Ernst ,Geologist, <br />Bureau of Land Management, Craig, Colorado regarding the captioned Bond Release Application. <br />The purpose of this letter is to update the Division regarding the BLM's request for information. On May 14 and <br />today, May 18, 1998, 1 discussed by telephone with Mr. Ernst the substance of his request for additional <br />information. Mr. Ernst indicated he simply needed to know the numbers of the Federal coal leases associated <br />with the Bond Release application. 1 indicated to him that the numbers were as follows: <br />Federal Coal Lease Numbers <br />D-034365 <br />C-35874 <br />C-29224 <br />1 further indicated to Mr. Ernst that he could confirm the information by I) viewing Map 2 -Coal Leases and 2) <br />viewing the EXhibit ] -Documents and Leases infonmation contained in the copy of Permit C-81-019 located in <br />the BLM office. Mr. Ernst indicated to me that this information satisfied his request and further submittal of a <br />composite map would not be necessary. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions concerning the information. <br />Sincerely <br />mes A.
