A search of our files revealed chat no
final finding has been made of that response. This correspondence
should be considered as such.
The May 10, 1990, interim finding by this office indicated that MLRD's
response may constitute good cause for not taking action. However,
additional information was needed to render a written finding.
The additional information was received by AFO on May 25, 1990. Based
on this new information, AFO finds MLRD's response to be good cause for
not taking action on violation 2 of 2 of TDN 90-02-244-4.
If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please call
Stephen Rathbun at (505) 766-1436.
Sincerely,
~~~
r'
Robert H.
