FINDINGS OF FACT
Pursuant to the authoritq vested is the Mined Land Reclamation
Board by C.R.S. 1973, 34-32-123, ae amended, (2976 Seaeion Laws, A. B. 1065)
the Board herebq makes the following findings of fact:
1. D.S. SOIL CONDITIONING/J. ,H. LIONSLLE is operating s gypsum
and associated minerals mining operation in the following location: Parts
of Sectioae 7, 8, 17 and 16, T49N, R10B of the NER+M, Premont County, Colorado.
2. Ggpau~ and associated minersl operations are required to be
pere~itted by the Board pursuant to she tart of Article 32 of Title 34,
C.A.S. 1973, ae amended (1976 Sueion Lara, H.B. 1065).
3. D.S. SOIL CONDITIONING/J. ,H. LIONELLB has not obtained a
