A concerned BMG employee is ano ymously
claiming that tanks 5 and 7 have been leaking for over two years and that li tle or
nothing is being done by BMG to correct the problem. Further, it is alleged hat BMG
is covering up this serious matter.
In the interest of the health and safety of our community, we ask you to please
investigate this matter. The credibility of Battle Mountain Gold Company va hin our
community is not good. A denial of these allegations by them would be uns tisfactory.
We hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
~~
Charlie J. a uez, r.
President
