Pursuant to TR-06 - bi-weekly reports for surface stations RS-S and RS-6; monitoring wells <br />M-2, M-6, M-7, M-8, M-9, M-12, M-13, M-13R, and M-14; pre~etox, post etox, tailings <br />impoundment, collection pond, and lysimeters. I(a sufficient sample volu a cannot be <br />obtained then a report is not required. <br />2. Pursuant to TR-06 -quarterly reports for surface stations RS-1 through RS-6;j monitoring <br />wells D87-24, M-1, M-2, M-4, and M-6 through M-14. If a sufficient sample volume <br />cannot be obtained then a report is not required. <br />3. Semi-annual reports for the offsite water wells. <br />4. Pursuant to TR-10 -weekly and monthly reports reflecting results of daily ohsite analyses <br />of the tailings pond and the collection pond. <br />5. Pursuant to TR-10 -monthly summary reports of cyanide analyses performejl on tailings <br />exiting the INCO circuit. <br />6. Monitoring reports for the main embankment piezometers (once a month) ahd the tailings <br />piezometers (every quarter). <br />If you agree, or disagree, let me know.
