Long <br />D nrsion Drteclar <br />Notice of Violation M-96-037 <br />This is to inform you that as of the date of this letter the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology is in receipt of your annual fee, annual report, and <br />the civil penalty assessed for the above referenced mining operation. <br />The annual fee violation M-96-37 has now been abated and no further <br />action will be taken to revoke your permit. Please make note of your <br />anniversary date of May 25 for the 1996 - 1997 reporting period. Annual <br />fees and reports are for the previous years operating season (the annual <br />fee is not a renewal fee) and are due on or before your anniversary date <br />each year (C.R.S. 34-32.5-116(3)(a) and (b) and C.R.S. 34-32.5-125(I), <br />(II) and (c)), until you are released of all reclamation responsibilities <br />and your bond is released in its entirety to avoid violations, civil <br />penalties, and possible revocation of your permit. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Barbara D.
