One of the abatement requirements is to provide documentation that we have
reestablished sediment and stormwater storage capacity for Pond E. Z had
the southern portion of the pond surveyed and have developed a map and
stage-storage information to provide the required documentation. I will be
in Denver tomorrow morning for the CMA Executive Committee Meeting and will
hand-deliver the map early tomorrow afternoon -
