I tried to call you today to <br />discuss this matter. I could not respond because I recieved this <br />motion after the fact. <br />I have been working with Barbara Chiappone, Program Assistant <br />diligently to get the CD and forms filled out for the financial <br />warranty at Ruby Trust Mine. <br />I am enclosing copies of the paper work I have submitted to <br />Barbara and to the Colorado Community First National Bank. <br />These items are being Federal Expressed to the respective <br />persons to execute these matters today. <br />Please call me at your earliest convenience to discuss this problem. <br />Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated. <br />Sincerely, <br />Linda J.
