This proposal is based on the Assessment <br />Conference held in our office on May 20, 1997. In attendance at <br />that conference in addition to you and me was Mr. Larry Routten. <br />If you agree with the Settlement Agreement, please sign it and <br />return it to our office as instructed on the form.
