On October 25, 1994, the Mined Land Reclamation
requiring that a permit be obtained for this site. Su

We believe this is in violation of a Boazd Order, pursuant to

of the Mined Land
Therefore, we have found reason to believe a violation exits to the Law and have scheduled this maaer
before the Mined Land Reclamation Board. ~
A Formal Public Hearing will be held during the July 26-27, 1995 Boazd meeting for consideration of
possible violation. The hearing will be held in Room 318~of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado,
beginning at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereaker as the matt can be considered and you will have the
opportunity to be represented and heazd. It will be reite I ted that there is reason to believe that you
aze in violation of the provisions noted above.
If the Boazd finds a violation at this hearing, it may issue
in the amount of 550.00 to 5200.00 for each day of violat
possible violations noted above do not exist or have beer
possible or bring it to the hearing.
